Return Policy

It is important to us that returns are easy. We don’t mind returns in most cases and have a quick processing time. So in most cases, it is no problem at all to return the order. This can be done up to 30 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless something has gone wrong on our end of course.

Returns are not possible in the following cases
– Branded products where the original packaging is missing
– Hygienic products and/or products whose seal is broken.

If you are returning fragile products, such as but not limited to screen protectors, it is your own responsibility to ensure that they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.

Defective/Damaged
If there is a defect or damage to the delivery, you must contact [email protected] within 7 days. Then we’ll take a moment to look at the right solution together.

Dissatisfied?
We always carry out quality checks on the products, but with tens of thousands of unique products there is always room for improvement somewhere. If you have received something that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at [email protected]. We take all feedback very seriously and will solve the problem for you immediately.
