It is important to us that returns are easy. We don’t bother with returns in most cases and have a quick processing time. So in most cases, it is no problem at all to return the order. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless something has gone wrong on our end of course.
Returns are not possible in the following cases
– Branded products where the original packaging is missing
– Hygienic products and/or products whose seal is broken.
If you are returning fragile products, such as but not limited to screen protectors, it is your own responsibility to ensure that they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.
Defective/Damaged
If there is a defect or damage to the delivery, you must contact us at info@telecomchimp.com within 7 days. Then we’ll take a moment to look at the right solution together.
Dissatisfied?
We always perform quality checks on the products but with tens of thousands of unique products, there is always room for improvement somewhere. If you have received something you are not satisfied with please contact us at info@telecomchimp.com. We take all feedback very seriously and will of course solve the problem for you immediately.
Screens / Parts:
– Lifetime warranty and free returns : You are entitled to lifetime warranty and free returns. The warranty is valid as long as the product has not sustained damage by you or the end user, such as water or dust damage, drop or impact damage, or damage incurred during assembly.
Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a 100% refund, even if you return the product after one year.
